The hotel is very well located and modern. The rooms are bright and very spacious. The breakfast is excellent and copious and especially the staff is very polite and helpful.

Staff - Amazing and very welcoming (especially Kristian, concierge) Room - Incredible with nice zen settings! Good placement of sockets plus USB port which was very helpful. Beds - VERY comfortable! Great sleep! Bathroom - Great, especially the bathtub and the waterfall shower setting! Felt very safe! If you want to use public transport, it’s only about a three min walk otherwise Ubers are available and wait time is about 2mins!

Lovely big rooms! My suite had a dressing room, separate shower and big bath. It was clean, comfortable and just generally lovely! The staff are perhaps the best assets of the hotel! They were all lovely! It was my first visit and they made sure to take care of me. Concierge were responsive and proactive. When I mentioned I wanted to go to a thermal spa for a massage only (didn’t really want the outdoor thermal pool experience in Mid-January), they recommended the in-house spa facilities and tailor-made massage (even gave me a 20% discount). When I was overcharged on a cruise (not by the hotel), the concierge (Kristian) called the cruise company and got me a refund! Went well above and beyond! Even when I set them the hard task of finding a hairdresser that can manage my curly African hair! 😅 The ladies in the restaurant, front desk team, concierge team, everyone was simply fantastic!

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, close to a tram line and the metro. The hotel is very beautiful! I really liked the hotel’s interior. All the furniture is new and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details (for example, each room has a stylish opening bar). Upon check-in, we were given two complimentary drinks from the bar and two travel passes for the metro, tram, and bus. The breakfasts were delicious and wonderful!

Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, staff were nothing but lovely offering a free room upgrade on arrival due to it being mine and my girlfriend's anniversary, to which we were welcomed into our room with sparkling wine. The building was absolutely stunning, with the second largest staircase in budapest (which we were informed of and shown by the excellent employee who showed us to our room). Location is good, maybe a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which will get you there in no time. Spa facilities were fantastic and very clean with a nice big sauna with plenty room. My girlfriend informed the staff that it was my birthday during our stay and the in house baker made me a beautiful birthday ensemble with macarons and chocolate. 10/10 stay, I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday to budapest.

The Kozmo Hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a shower that was an entire room! There was a hot water kettle, perfect for making coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the morning, and fresh bottled water was provided every day. There was also plenty of closet space and hangers.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms, all the amenities, a beautiful spa and gym, in a pretty neighborhood walking distance to cafes, supermarket and shops. It had a nice restaurant, we were provided drink tickets and metro tickets which were extremely helpful on our travels around the city. Every inch of the room was beautifully designed, comfortable and modern. Looked exactly like the pictures and exceeded all of my expectations.

Impressive location, great attention to details, swift check-in/out process. Great room, we've travelled around the world and have stayed at many great hotels but this is the first one that offered a dressing room inside the room. Breakfast was delicious.
